As Senior Counsel, Danny Wicoff is responsible for providing legal advice regarding corporate, commercial, regulatory, corporate governance, and transactional matters.
Prior to joining Grid United, Danny served as Corporate Counsel at Lovett Industrial and before that worked at Hines as Counsel. He began his legal career at Vinson & Elkins LLP, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions.
Danny holds a J.D. from University of Houston Law Center and a bachelor’s degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
