Libby has extensive experience in performance management, employee development, and culture and engagement initiatives, fostering a values-driven workplace. Prior to joining Grid United, Libby served in various HR roles in MedTech and BioTech startups, instilling a deep appreciation for the dynamic nature and pace of growing businesses.
Libby holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication, a master’s degree in public health, and the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute.
