Prior to joining Grid United, Nerva led other organizations in evolving their people practices through rapid growth — building frameworks for performance, recruitment, compensation, and development that balance startup agility with long-term sustainability.
Nerva holds a degree in business administration with an emphasis in management from Lindenwood University.
