As an Environmental Director, RJ Boyle oversees local, state, and federal permitting and environmental compliance. RJ maintains responsibility for Grid United’s strategic environmental initiatives including comprehensive lifecycle environmental compliance, rigorous resource study, and creative approaches to apply the mitigation hierarchy. She also supports engagement with Tribal Nations for Grid United’s project portfolio.
A barred attorney in the state of Colorado, RJ brings nearly a decade of experience leading environmental compliance for large, multi-tasked government projects. Her experience also includes Tribal consultation and cooperating agency collaboration.
RJ holds a bachelor’s degree and a JD from Indiana University, Bloomington.
