Isaac Phillips is a Senior Project Development Director for Grid United’s Desert Southwest portfolio. This includes leading the Southline Transmission Project, a late-stage transmission project with endpoints in New Mexico and Arizona. In this role, Isaac oversees all aspects of Southline’s development, including engagement with state and local decisionmakers, land acquisition, environmental permitting and regulatory processes, commercial negotiations, and collaboration with project partners.
Isaac holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Rice University.
